The timetable of the Eiffel Tower is:
from mid-June to end of September: 9 am to midnight
from October to mid-June: 9.30 am to 11 pm
Exceptional opening from 9:00 am to midnight on Easter weekends and during the spring break
The evening schedule is that of the last climb, but rest assured: the tower continues to be visitable for another 45 minutes, that is until 1 hour minus one quarter in summer, and midnight minus one quarter in winter . There, the staff will direct you to the exits. Also note that these times are valid for access by the elevator, the staircase closes its gates at 18h in the winter. In the summer, it stays open normally until the normal schedule.
